I - How to open a received questionnaire?
1)To open and complete a received questionnaire, click on "Received questionnaires" anc click on "Accept", on the right side of the line of the questionnaire
3)To resume completing a questionnaire, please select "Open" directly.
II - How to complete a questionnaire?
2) While completing a questionnaire, you can use the side panel to quickly browse chapters and questions. You can use as well the search bar to find specific question using keywords.
3)You can enter your answers in the provided answer box.
Additional information and supporting files can be added via the dedicated drop-down menus at the bottom of each question. Answers are saved automatically.
III - How to track changes in answers
1)To view the history of question, click on the icon at the top right of the question.
2)The history of a question is displayed on the right side of your screen. Here you can see:
when a change was made.
who made the change.
III - How to submit your answers to the campaign requester
If the answer is definitive, you can change its status by clicking on "Submit". You can also submit an entire page by clicking on "Submit page" or the entire questionnaire at once by clicking on "Submit all pages". Only answered questions will be submitted for validation.
To force the submission of unanswered questions, click on the "(force)" button.
You can still change an answer which appears as "Submitted" as long as the campaign is open for completion.
IV - Data revision from the Investor
The investor can modify the data, which may override your response. They typically review the final data after the campaign and may lock a question to make corrections easier. When a question is locked, you won’t be able to add or remove information for that question.
