1)First of all, you need to log in to the platform and go to the questionnaires received page.
2)Enter your questionnaire by clicking on it or by clicking on “Open”.
3)Once in your questionnaire, you'll see several buttons at the top left of your questionnaire, including one called Synchronize answers. This button allows you to complete your questionnaire by reusing the answers you have previously given for another questionnaire you have completed. For example, you can use this function if you wish to answer your 2024 questionnaire with your 2023 answers.
You can therefore click on this button.
4)The pop-up window will allow you to select the questionnaire whose answers you wish to retrieve in order to complete your questionnaire. You can select the questionnaire of your choice from the drop-down list by clicking on “Please select a questionnaire”.
5)Select your questionnaire.
6)Once the questionnaire has been loaded, the platform will display the questions that can be synchronized in your questionnaire, and all you have to do is click on “Synchronize answers”.
7)The answers are now synchronized with the questionnaire
