When to use AI tool from Greenscope?
I have already completed another ESG questionnaire with similar questions, and I would like to use AI to help me pre-fill this questionnaire.
However, AI's help cannot replace your understanding of the company.
We strongly advise you to double check all the answers !
1) Click on the upper right button to start using AI
2) Choose the file you want to use as a base for the AI completion, by clicking on "Add document" and the selecting the file you need.
Next, click “Upload”, and then “Save” to start configuring the tool.

4)Then click on "AI success", and "Discover" to see what are the answers
5)You can now see the proposed answers for the relevant questions.
Each answer is associated with a confidence level. However, we always recommend checking that the answer is appropriate, even when the confidence level is high.
To better understand where the answer comes from, hover your cursor over the “lines and magnifying glass" icon. This will display the specific line from which the answer was sourced.
To select an answer, click on the circle in the top-left corner. The selected answer will then be applied to the question.
4) Once you are done checking all the answers, you can see the percentage of completion and fill in the remaining answers by hand.
