When to use AI tool from Greenscope?
I have already completed another ESG questionnaire with similar questions, and I would like to use AI to help me pre-fill this questionnaire.
However, AI's help cannot replace your understanding of the company.
We strongly advise you to double check all the answers !
1) Click on the upper right button to start using AI
2) Choose the file(s) you want to use as a base for the AI completion, by clicking on "Choose attachment" and the selecting the file(s) you need. You can select up to 5 documents (pdf, Excel, PowerPoint, Word...)
There is a credit system : you can use the AI tool twice a month per respondent.
3) You can now see the proposed answers for the relevant questions.
Each answer is associated with a confidence level. However, we always recommend checking that the answer is appropriate.
On the "Review" part, you can see all the answers and validate them. The high-confidence suggestions will be automatically accepted.
4) Once you are done checking all the answers, you can see the percentage of completion and fill in the remaining answers by hand.
