If you would like to share the questionnaire with members of your team, we recommend adding them directly to the platform so they can complete the questionnaire within Greenscope.

To add a member, go to Settings, then Members, and click Add a member. You may also refer to the FAQ article dedicated to this topic for further guidance.

After adding a new user, the status may temporarily indicate that validation is pending support approval. Please be assured that new users are approved as quickly as possible.

If you still need to use this feature, please find below the step-by-step process..

1) Export the file from your Greenscope page.

You will find on the left upper part of the questionnaire the icon from which you can export the file as an excel file.

Once exported, the Excel file will contain all the questionnaire data. The columns are structured as follows:

  1. Section name: Name of the subtopic

  2. Title: Name of the question

  3. Label: Description of the question

  4. Type: Question type (MATRIX, NUMBER, TEXT, SINGLE CHOICE, MULTIPLE CHOICE, BOOLEAN)

  5. Choices: Available answer options.

    • For MULTIPLE CHOICE, add an “x” in each selected option.

    • For SINGLE CHOICE, copy and paste the exact answer.

  6. Unit: Unit expected for the value

  7. Value: Your answer

  8. Not applicable: Indicates that your company is not concerned by the question

  9. Additional information: Field where you can provide further details about your answer

  10. Display status: Indicates whether the question appears in your questionnaire. The export contains all questions selected by the investor, but those with “No” in this column should not be answered by your company.

2) Prepare the file before completing it

We recommend preparing the file before filling it in to avoid errors and ensure a smoother import process.

Filter the “Display status” column and keep only “Yes” values.

3) Complete the questionnaire.

You can now start completing the questionnaire. Please follow the rules below to ensure the file can be successfully imported.

Important: Only use the Value and Additional information columns.
Modifying any other column may cause the import to fail.

Answers should appear as follows for all the question types:

  • SINGLE CHOICE: Enter the answer exactly as it appears in the list of options.

  • MULTIPLE CHOICE: Add an “x” for each selected option.

  • BOOLEAN: YES or NO

  • NUMBER: Enter numbers only, without including the unit question

  • TEXT_LONG or TEXT_SHORT: please avoid entering numbers only in text fields, as this may cause issues with the platform.

If a question expects a year or numeric value in a text field, write it as part of a sentence. For example:
    “The date is 2025.”

If you prefer to answer with the number only (e.g., “2025”), leave the field empty in Excel and add the answer directly on the platform after import.

  • If you wish to provide further details, add them in the Additional information column.

  • If a question is not applicable to your company, please indicate this directly on the platform rather than in the Excel file.

4)Once the Excel file has been completed, you can import it back into the platform. The answers will automatically populate the corresponding questions.

Use the import icon in the questionnaire to upload your file.

After the import, please remember to:

  • Review your answers

  • Add any information that could not be entered in the Excel file directly on the platform.

Please reach out the support team if you encounter any issues ([email protected]).
